Jimmy Fortune has a new project of well-known tunes in the works. The former Statler Brothers tenor is slated to drop a new album, Jimmy Fortune: Sings the Classics, on April 21.

The new 14-song offering features recognizable classics such as the Righteous Brothers’ “Unchained Melody,” Glen Campbell’s “Southern Nights” and John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” among others. Longtime friends are also featured on the album, including Ricky Skaggs (“Wake Up Little Susie”), The Isaacs (“Take It to the Limit”) and Voices of Lee (“Bridge Over Troubled Waters”).
